We previously reported that the petition website change.org has launched a new petition for a refund of Battlefield 2042. As long as the number of petitions reaches 50,000, there will be class-action lawyers willing to help players sue EA. At present, the number of petitioners has risen rapidly to 42,000, one step closer to the goal.
The petition page states that EA’s release of Battlefield 2042 was a mockery of every player who paid $70 for the game because of EA’s false advertising. According to many consumer reports, many of EA and DICE’s promises were not delivered at launch.
Battlefield 2042’s launch experience was unbearable. Even today, the game has bugs that affect the experience so badly that many community members consider it an unfinished version. If you think you deserve a refund for Battlefield 2042, please sign this petition.
