Two years ago, Twitter said that if employees liked it, it might let them work remotely from home for a long time. Agrawal still respects this policy, but he believes that decentralized work is much, much harder and has many challenges.
Agrawal talked about the many benefits of working in an office, such as being able to experience office culture, visiting offices, having meetings, and many other activities.
Judging from the wording, Twitter still gives employees the option of working remotely, but the company seems to prefer employees to return, it is not easy to abandon the previous policy for the time being, and it may change in the future.
