Coming in about ten days, the next-gen version of GTA 5 could be launched at a budget price. To reveal the possible cost of the fourth version of the open-world Rockstar Games we thought of a Lithuanian retailer, known as the Game Room and actually operational.
According to the retailer’s price list, GTA 5 in the PS5 version will cost 40 Euros. Most likely, in reality, it is a price that in our country is destined to vary, perhaps reaching the classic 49.99 euros. If confirmed by Rockstar, we would be faced with a new publishing strategy. The PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions were in fact published at full price, without any kind of discount.
Clearly, as always in these cases, it is possible that the price indicated by the retailer is nothing more than a placeholder. In reality, it is not a practice that is little used: in fact, online retailers have always used fictitious dates for product launches and precisely also prices. To find out more it will obviously be necessary to wait for the launch of the game.
GTA 5 for PS5 and Xbox Series S | X will be available starting March 15, 2022. The version dedicated to the new Microsoft and Sony consoles will be able to count on a series of new features. Rockstar Games has mainly focused on the graphic aspect, going to implement 60 frames per second, a higher resolution and the use of Ray Tracing, as well as decidedly cleaner and brighter graphics than the previous generation consoles.
