An Elden Ring player, after invading and defeating another player, obtained 86 million runes, the currency needed to level up and buy items in the game. Shocked by this, he decided to start over with a new character.
Via Reddit, as you can see below for yourself, the Fixo2 user has shared an image confirming that his character has obtained around 86 million runes. To give you a benchmark, you need less than 40,000 runes to level up (from 80 to 81). You understand that these 86 million would have allowed the Elden Ring player to become very strong, raising many stats to endgame levels and beyond.
What did the Elden Ring player in question do? He has decided to buy all the forging shards available to upgrade the weapons and keep the remaining runes in his pocket, waiting to activate an NG + in this game. In the meantime, however, he has decided to start a new game from scratch, since in the first one he no longer made sense to go hunting for runes and did not feel compelled to play.
This is a bit of an extreme solution, especially considering that he had a character at 80, that is, he was certainly not in the early stages of the game. What would you have done?
