The dual battery pack capacity of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 was leaked

Last November, we heard that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 that arrives this year will have the same battery capacity as the Galaxy Z Flip3. However, a new report from the Dutch GalaxyClub says the Galaxy Z Flip4 will come with a slightly larger battery. The website says the Galaxy Z Flip4 (SM-F721) will come with two batteries, models EB-BF721ABY and EB-BF722ABY.

The former, known internally by Samsung as the “sub-battery,” is the larger of the two batteries with a rated capacity of 2400 mah, while the latter is the main battery with a rated capacity of 903 mAh.

The sum of the two battery capacities brings the total fixed capacity to 3303 mAh, which is 103 mAh more than the total rated capacity of the Galaxy Z Flip3, which means that the typical battery capacity of the Flip4 will reach about 3400 mAh (the Flip3 is 3300 mAh).

Obviously not a big step forward, Samsung tried its best to find a way to provide a little more battery life than the Galaxy Z Flip3, how much of which remains to be seen, the Galaxy Z Flip3 received a 69-hour endurance rating in battery tests.

With the unveiling of the Galaxy Z Flip4 still a few months away, you can expect to hear more about it before it’s officially announced.
