If we stay with the watch for now, then we are talking about a wearable with an AMOLED display with 1 .74 inch diagonal and a resolution of 336 x 480 pixels. The Huawei Watch Fit 2 Active Edition is available in the colors Sakura Pink, Isle Blue and Midnight Black. The Huawei Watch Fit 2 Classic Edition is again available in Nebula Gray and Moon White. The Elegant Edition follows in Silver Frost and Premium Gold.
For the bracelets, users can choose between silicone, leather, or Milanese bracelet in different colors and designs. Since the smartwatch also has a microphone and a loudspeaker, telephone calls can be forwarded directly from the smartphone to the Watch Fit 2 via Bluetooth and made from there. Music for offline playback can be stored in the internal storage space – unfortunately, Huawei does not mention the capacity in the press release. The Huawei Watch Fit 2 offers 97 training modes – including running, cycling, strength training, dancing, ball games, winter sports and more. This is joined by the Huawei Band 7. It offers an AMOLED display with 1.47 inches and a resolution of 194 x 368 pixels. According to Huawei, this fitness bracelet weighs only 16 g and is 9.99 mm thick. 96 sport modes are on board and the device is waterproof up to 5 ATMs. You rely on the TruSeen 4.0 sensor, which measures the pulse, records the skin temperature and also estimates the oxygen content in the blood. The menstrual cycle can also be tracked with Band 7. The Huawei Band 7 also offers improved sleep tracking.
The Huawei Band 7 also displays incoming calls and messages. The term is called up to 14 days. 5 minutes of charging should already be enough for two days of running time.
Prices and Availability
Depending on the version, the Huawei Watch FIT 2 will be available in stores from June 1, 2022, and as a pre-order from May 18, 2022, in the Huawei online store. The MSRP of the Active Edition is 149.99 euros, the Classic Edition is available for 179.99 euros and the Elegant Edition is for 229.99 euros.
The Huawei Band 7 will be available from June 16, 2022, in four colors at an RRP of 59.99 euros: Wilderness Green, Flame Red, Graphite Black and Nebula Pink.
