The doors of the Overwatch 2 Beta have just closed and, in order not to disappoint fans who can no longer start the trial version of the hero shooter, Blizzard has announced an important event during which the future of the game will be discussed.
Through a post published on the official social channels, the development team has confirmed that live themed streaming will be held on June 16, 2022. Blizzard’s announcement is not very detailed and does not describe well what topics will be discussed during the live stream.
However, we know that an announcement will be made regarding the next PvP Beta during the event, suggesting that it will take some time before you can get your hands on the cooperative mode.
Probably during the summer of 2022, a second Beta will be launched which will open its doors to a wider audience, which will include all those who have already grabbed access to the first phase. In the meantime, we remind you that Blizzard has confirmed that the reworks of Junkrat and Symmetra in Overwatch 2 could be considered.
