It should be noted that, in the case of the iOS and Android versions of the game, Blizzard does not mention the possibility of using a wired controller and it is likely that the title on mobile is compatible only with wireless pads.
As you can read in the list, the PC version officially supports both wired and wireless controllers, as long as your computer is equipped with a Bluetooth receiver or one provided by the device manufacturer, such as the Microsoft one for the pads.
