A large number of Samsung Galaxy phones with Exynos chips can’t run Diablo Immortal mobile game

Diablo is one of the most popular games in the world. While it started on PC, the IP has officially transitioned to mobile with the release of Diablo: Immortal. Blizzard’s new game is now available for Android and iOS. But unfortunately, a lot of Samsung Galaxy smartphones can’t run the game due to a problem with the Exynos chip.

The following Samsung smartphones powered by Exynos SoC will not be able to run this game:

  • Galaxy A12
  • Galaxy A13
  • Galaxy A21s
  • Galaxy A51 5G
  • Galaxy A Quantum
  • Galaxy S10 series
  • Galaxy Note 10 series
  • Galaxy F12
  • Galaxy F62
  • Galaxy M12
  • Galaxy M13
  • Galaxy M62
  • Galaxy XCover 5

New Galaxy phones powered by Exynos can run Diablo: Immortal

Newer Galaxy phones previously powered by Exynos, such as the Galaxy S22+, also appear to have issues with Diablo: Immortal not running correctly and displaying visual glitches.

Diablo: Immortal Reddit community lead PezRadar acknowledged the issue with Exynos-powered smartphones, adding that downloads for those specific phones can be disabled to prevent further distress. Galaxy phones for the new Exynos will be fixed as soon as possible.
