Today the official launch of Diablo Immortal took place, the new Blizzard is free to play for PC and Android/iOS devices. However, it would seem that the development team is also preparing to provide some extra details regarding the highly anticipated Diablo 4.
To accompany the launch trailer for the free game, Activision Blizzard has also released a video in which we can hear the words of Rod Fergusson, the historic developer who now holds the role of General Manager of the Diablo franchise, regarding the future of the brand. In addition to talking about the main features of Immortal and the recent news that involved the third chapter and the remastered of the second, Fergusson confirmed that he will soon be back to talk about Diablo 4.
Unfortunately, we do not know when and how we will be able to know new details about the game, but it cannot be excluded that the fourth chapter of the iconic action RPG series may show itself in one of the summer conferences or in an ad hoc appointment organized by Blizzard (we remind you that there doesn’t seem to be a BlizzCon on the horizon ).
