In addition to showing a spectacular gameplay video of Horizon Call of the Mountain for PlayStation VR 2, Guerrilla Games took advantage of the space granted by the new State of Play of Sony to announce a new gigantic update of Horizon Forbidden West for both PS5 and PS4.
As you can see in the second half of the video that we brought you back to the top, the new major update of Horizon Forbidden West brings some improvements to the graphic quality of the action-adventure in Performance mode (available only on PS4 Pro and PS5).
A method has also been introduced to switch Aloy’s outfit, the respec with which you can redistribute the skills of our protagonist, and the Ultra Hard mode with which you can further increase the challenge proposed by the game.
Last but not least, the update also introduces the New Game Plus: at the end of the main adventure you can embark on a second journey to the Forbidden West while maintaining all the equipment previously obtained and unlocking new weapons and objectives. As revealed at the end of the trailer, the update is available right now on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
