Actually, the update guarantee for Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL has long since expired. Despite this, updates continue to come, which is definitely surprising. Google planned one final update for the two mid-range smartphones from 2019. It seems there is even more. An update of around 10 MB was released this June.
But it’s not the final update that Google mentioned a while ago. Compared to 9to5Google it is said that another and actually final update for Pixel 3a and 3a XL is planned for July. The update guarantee for both 3a models actually ended in May.
However, it should not be a major feature update. Even the current Pixel Feature Drop is no longer available for Pixel 3a and 3a XL. Let’s see what Google has in store for us next month. We only expect a few bug fixes, but nothing more.
