In terms of parameters, R5 8600G has 6 cores and 12 threads, and the CPU acceleration frequency is 5.0GHz, which is the same as the mobile R5 7640HS / R5 8645HS; the core display frequency is 2.8GHz, which is 0.2GHz higher than the R5 7640HS / R5 8645HS.
The R5 8600G core display OpenCL score is 24842 points, which is similar to the R5 7640HS score. For comparison, the R7 7840HS has a nuclear display score of up to 32,000 points.
AMD’s upcoming desktop processor model, which is expected to be released at CES 2024 next week.
