The device codenamed Rohan is likely to run a new version of Wear OS. Prosser’s renderings may not be able to confirm the authenticity for the time being, but seeing Google announce new Wear OS features at Google I/O next month may indicate that the company is ready to try again on wearable devices.
The operating system will provide users with a simple and uncomplicated interface, providing clear information, whether it is health data, directions, or “your world”. Obviously, the information Google wants to provide is “clear at a glance on the round borderless display.” The UI in these concept maps is based on the marketing images of Pixel Watch displayed by Prosser’s sources.
Pixel Watch will also allow consumers to choose from about 20 straps, including some of the unique straps shown in the renderings, which have their own grooves, allowing users to customize the appropriate straps. Pixel Watch may be released together with Pixel 6 this fall, and this is how Apple launches new Apple Watch models. Different from Apple Watch-Apple Watch is bound to the iPhone, Pixel Watch may be used with any Android device. The expected release date of the Pixel Watch in October unless Google changes its mind. Currently, Pixel Watch does not provide pricing information.
