The Spotify developer team is constantly working on improving this popular multimedia streaming service and in the past few hours has announced the arrival of a new feature: we are talking about Enhance. This is a feature designed to help users (currently only those with a Premium subscription) to find the right songs to add to a playlist and that suit their mood.
Spotify Welcomes A New Feature
Here’s how the Spotify team describes this new feature:
Enhance brings together the best of you and Spotify, providing you with personalized recommendations for creating playlists with ease while maintaining control through an easy-to-navigate design. Turn these tips on or off with the touch of a button. And once Enhance is on, you’ll see your playlist populated with suggested songs that match the others in your playlist.
And this is the way it works:
- Simply activate and deactivate the function by tapping the new “Enhance” button at the top of each playlist.
- A recommendation will then be displayed every two tracks for a maximum of 30 recommendations.
- By pressing the “+” icon next to each song it is possible to add it permanently to the playlist.
- The songs that are added will never be replaced.
Over the next month, Enhance will be made available to all Premium users on Android and iOS in the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
