Google has released version 98 of its Chrome browser. It’s available for Windows, Linux, macOS and of course Android and iOS. Google names three versions for Windows that are distributed, namely Chrome 98.0.4758.80/81/82 and 98.0.4758.80 for macOS and Linux.
The new version of Chrome comes with closed vulnerabilities, a total of 27 of which have been closed. 8 gaps are listed with high severity. Google has not yet published the exact details of all the gaps, this is because they want to wait until the majority of users are using the new version of the browser.
It will also maintain limitations in communication when the bug is present in a third-party library that other projects depend on in a similar way
