Not all users are affected, it also seems to be due to the providers. Because while there were disruptions to Vodafone connections in Germany from shortly after 5 p.m., users of other providers are not affected or at different times. The remedy currently seems to be a VPN if it is urgent. Otherwise, you just have to wait and see.
