Good news for owners of the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 8T and OnePlus 9R modding enthusiasts: the team of developers of the popular Paranoid Android Sapphire ROM has released the Alpha 3 version for these devices.
This is a build based on Android 12 that comes about a month after the release of the first Beta version of Paranoid Android Sapphire for smartphones of the OnePlus 9 series.

The official changelog with the changes made has not yet been published but it is likely that the new build will solve many of the problems and bugs encountered by users in the previous version.

As for the installation of the new version, those who own a smartphone with the Alpha 2 release on board can simply sideload the OTA update from recovery mode.
New users, on the other hand, will have to proceed through a clean installation and this requires the deletion of all the data on the device: for this reason, therefore, it is necessary to ensure that you have made a complete backup of the data before trying to install the ROM.
The third build for the OnePlus 8 series comes just weeks after the team of developers of this popular ROM released Sapphire Alpha 3 for the OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7T Pro and POCO F2 Pro, thus confirming that it has no intention of slowing down its work.
