At Google I/O 2023 on May 10, Google released the Android 14 Beta version. Xiaomi is now receiving Android 14 Beta updates for Xiaomi Pad 6, Xiaomi 12T, Xiaomi 13, and Xiaomi 13 Pro devices. The update of Android 14 will come to Xiaomi devices as MIUI 15 with enhanced and new features.
MIUI 15 brings new features
- Google brings personalized lock screens. In this, you can disable the clock with several choices. Now you can adjust other options on the lock screen like weather conditions and date. In this feature, more improvements will add like cinematic backgrounds, Emoji wallpapers, and more.
- They introduced a new security feature in that system able to stop the downloading of old Android apps. This feature will help in securing devices from viruses and other security issues. Users can turn off passwords when they need to enter a PIN on the device from saving spying eyes.
- Android 14 Beta version brings lockscreen animation when the user types PIN. In this whenever the user types keypress different shapes appear like rectangles, triangles, and circles. They also bring automatically generated language flies per app.
