At least 5 new Galaxy A series devices unveiled in the H1 2022

It is reported that in the first half of 2022, the Samsung Galaxy A series will launch at least 5 new models. Citing technology media LetsGoDigital, these new devices have now been certified by Russian regulators. These new devices include Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy A33, Galaxy A53 and Galaxy A73.

The current Russian certified product models include:

  • SM-A135F/DSN
  • SM-A135F/DS
  • SM-A235F/DS
  • SM-A235F/DSN
  • SM-A336B/DSN
  • SM-A336B/DS
  • SM-A536B/DS
  • SM-A536E/DS
  • SM-A736B/DS

It is worth noting that the “DS” suffix here does not refer to what we usually think of as Dual SIM (dual SIM), but represents the global version, while DSN refers to the version sold in Russia and India. DS/DSN models usually differ in memory – other specs will be the same.

A lot has already been revealed about Samsung’s 2022 Galaxy A-series models. One of the most notable changes is the elimination of the 3.5mm jack, which will be implemented across the lineup. The S-series models have dispensed with the headphone connection, and this year’s A-series models will have to do the same.

In addition, the new Galaxy A series is also equipped with a new processor and Android version, and the new phone will be equipped with the OneUI 4 user interface based on Android 12. Samsung offers 3 years of Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates as standard, so you can enjoy the latest phone for a relatively long time.
